The National Police Headquarters (NPHQ) hereby that it will ensure accessibility of its website pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 4 April 2019 on accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities. The declaration of accessibility applies to the following website: info.policja.pl.
Date of website launch: 2011-05-23
Date of last important update: 2013-04-29
The website is partially compliant with the Act of 4 April 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to non-compliances or exclusions listed below.
- The website contains documents that:
- come from different sources;
- are very extensive and were generated in different organizational units, which affected their final form, including the content of the document;
- have been published in accordance with the rules applicable in another institution;
- their structure cannot be changed;
- had been published before the Act on Digital Accessibility came into force.
- Not all images and graphics have correct alternative texts, and not all tables are properly marked with headers and titles. We provide training to our editors as we want them to be able to add content that meets accessibility standards.
- Due to system limitations of the website, not all content elements are marked with a lang tag.
- Not all the videos that we post on our website have extended subtitles and audiodescription.
- The website contains videos that have not been subtitled due to the fact that they had been published before the Act on Digital Accessibility came into force.
- Due to technical limitations, "virtual walkthrough" applications and content evaluation system are not available.
The declaration was made on 2020-09-22 on the basis of a self-evaluation conducted by a public entity.
