Graduate of the Police Academy in Szczytno and the Maria Grzegorzewska University in Warsaw. He joined the Police in 1994 in the structures of the Warsaw Metropolitan Police Headquarters. A graduate of the Police Academy in Szczytno and the Higher School of Social Skills in Poznań. He started his police career in 1991 in the Provincial Police Headquarters in Poznań.
