A graduate of the Police Academy in Szczytno and the Higher School of Social Skills in Poznań. He started his police career in 1991 in the Provincial Police Headquarters in Poznań. He served primarily in the prevention department. During his career he gained experience in executive and then managerial positions.

A graduate of the Police Academy in Szczytno and the University of Wrocław. He obtained PHD in social sciences at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. He began his service in the Polish Police in 1993 in the Silesian garrison, where he held a number of management positions in the Gliwice unit.

Colonel Tomasz Michułka is a graduate of the then Police Academy in Szczytno and the Eugeniusz Piasecki University School of Physical Education in Poznań. In December 2019, he graduated from the Police Academy in Szczytno with a doctoral degree in social sciences, majoring in security sciences. He joined the Police in 1995 at the Łódź-Górna District Police Station. For nearly 19 years of his service, he served in the criminal division of the Łódź garrison, where he gained experience on both executive and managerial positions.
